Priyanka Yadav is a proud member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a law graduate from the University of Mumbai. With over nine years of experience in corporate law, IPO matters, legal due diligence, and corporate secretarial compliances, she has built a strong reputation as a trusted professional in the field.

She began her career in the secretarial and compliance department of a listed company before establishing Priyanka Yadav & Associates (PYA) in 2017. PYA is a Peer Reviewed Firm, specializing in corporate governance, listing compliance, IPOs, and corporate restructuring.

Dedicated to the profession and actively involved with ICSI, she has served as Treasurer and Secretary of the Navi Mumbai Chapter and held the position of Chairperson of the Navi Mumbai Chapter of WIRC of ICSI in 2023. She also serves as an Independent Director in listed and public companies.

An accomplished professional, Ms. Yadav secured a state rank in CS Professional and successfully cleared all her CS examinations on the first attempt.
